What a pity that the contents of the package were not completely to your liking! Receipt means the day you received your package at the door, or from when the package is available at the collection point. Depending on the contents of your package, a specific return policy applies:

• Product(s) using dried flowers, plants or other natural products:
  the Consumer has during 2 calendar days after receipt the possibility to return or exchange the product(s).  

• Product(s) without the use of dried flowers, plants or other natural products:
  the Consumer has during 14 calendar days after receipt the possibility to return or exchange the product(s). 

 

In exchange for the returned product you will receive a voucher, another product or your money back.  

 

Note, these are the exceptions on our return policy: 

​

• on tailor-made product(s), not chosen from the webshop of this website www.maisonmargriteflowers.com,
  and regardless of the use of dried flowers, plants or other natural products: no possibility of return or exchange.  

• The product must be returned in its original packaging. 

• Product(s) may not show visible signs of use. 

• Gift cards cannot be returned. 

 

You can register an item for return with the following steps:

1. If you want to return your package, you have to Sign Up and let us know via a completed return form via maison.margrite@outlook.com. You can download the standard withdrawal form here (Click here). Please let us know why your expectations were not met and how we can do better next time. If you want to exchange your package for another item, please let us know in this email, but know that this is based on the availability of our stock.

2. The cost(s) for return of your package are on your own account and at your own risk. Take your package to a postal point in your area and send to: Maison Margrite, Rozenlaan 5, 2900 Schoten, Belgium.

3. We refund the full amount of the products you have returned (provided in the original packaging and no damage) within 14 days after receipt of your return shipment on the account with which you paid. The shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
